Last checked against the operator’s own terms: 9 October 2026. Casinos change withdrawal limits and bonus terms without notice — always check before you deposit.

Boomerang accepts Canadians and quotes its limits and bonus in Canadian dollars. Its terms are clear about money: CAD 10,500 a month at the starting level and payouts within four business days. What it does not tell you is who runs it. On 9 October 2026 neither Boomerang site named an operating company or a licence anywhere we looked, and the licence other sites attribute to it does not appear on the regulator’s register.

Our verdict

Boomerang trades as Boomerang-Bet.com (casino and sportsbook) and BoomerangCasino.com. Both run on the same terms, and our links go to Boomerang-Bet.com. It suits a Canadian outside Ontario and Alberta who wants CAD, plays at modest stakes, withdraws regularly and is comfortable with an operator it cannot identify. It does not suit anyone who wants a named, licensed company to complain to, or anyone chasing the welcome bonus for value.

The single biggest catch is the licence. Boomerang was previously linked to Rabidi N.V., whose Curaçao licence was reported revoked in June 2024. Some review sites now list an Anjouan licence for it, but that number is not on Anjouan’s public register. We set out below what we verified, what conflicts and what you can check yourself. We list Boomerang because it pays to its own published rules as far as we can see, and we will update this section as the picture changes.

Scores

We publish five separate scores rather than one average. The thresholds behind them are on our how we rate page.

Area Score Why
Paying out 4/10 CAD 10,500 a month at the entry level puts it in our 5–6 band. It drops to 4 because a pending withdrawal can be cancelled for up to four business days, and an un-wagered deposit can cost a 10–15% fee. Higher VIP levels go as far as CAD 110,000 a month.
Bonus fairness 2/10 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus in 10 days, and term 17 caps what you can release into your real balance at CAD 150. That is our 1–2 band, lifted slightly because every rule is clearly written down.
Games 6/10 Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Playtech and others are shown, with a live casino and sportsbook. NetEnt and four branded slot series are hidden in Canada, and we could not verify the game count or any provably fair originals.
Banking 5/10 CAD is built into the limits and bonus terms, and Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether logos are shown. We could not confirm Interac, and the payments page returned an error.
Trust and licence 2/10 No company or licence is named anywhere on either site. The brand’s former operator had its licence revoked, and the Anjouan number published by third parties is not on Anjouan’s register.

Getting your money out

All figures come from Boomerang’s general terms at /en/rules (version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026), read on Boomerang-Bet.com on 9 October 2026. BoomerangCasino.com carries the same version, date and CAD limits.

Withdrawal limits (clause 6.11)

Limits depend on your VIP level. Clause 6.11 says all withdrawals are processed according to monthly limits. There is no weekly limit.

VIP level CAD per transaction CAD per day CAD per month EUR per month
1 (Wooden) 750 750 10,500 7,000
2 (Stone) 1,500 3,000 37,500 25,000
3 (Bronze) 1,500 4,400 44,000 30,000
4 (Silver) 2,250 6,000 75,000 50,000
5 (Golden) 2,550 7,300 110,000 75,000

At level 1, a CAD 50,000 win reaches you in about five monthly instalments. At level 2 it takes two months: CAD 37,500 in the first and the rest in the second. The terms contain no separate jackpot clause, so a jackpot is paid at the same rate as any other balance. Clause 6.14 also lets Boomerang set its own minimum and maximum per transaction.

Your level is set by your activity over the previous 90 days (clause 6.12). A customer who has not bet for a month drops automatically to the lowest level. If you stop playing while waiting for a large win to pay out, your limit can fall back to CAD 750 a day.

Processing time (clause 6.15)

Requests are worked through within 96 business hours of the request, or of your last paid withdrawal. The finance team works 6am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. The help centre puts it plainly as four business days, and says bank transfers can take a further three to five business days to arrive. You can have no more than three pending withdrawals at once (6.13). We have not timed a real payout ourselves.

The help centre also confirms you can cancel a withdrawal while it is pending. That gives you up to four business days to put the money back into play. Our methodology treats any window over 24 hours as a reversal period and marks it down. If you know you will be tempted, do not log in while you wait.

The fee on un-wagered deposits (clauses 6.7 and 6.8)

You must wager a deposit at least once (x1) before withdrawing it. If you bet less than you deposited, Boomerang can cancel any winnings and keep a 10% commission on your last deposit, minimum €0.50. The terms set it at 15% if your account was funded by bank card or bank transfer. Separately, a withdrawal can be refused if you have wagered less than €20 in that calendar month. Neither rule matters if you play through your deposit. Both will catch anyone who deposits and then changes their mind.

Verification (clauses 5.3 and 6.16)

Boomerang does not verify you at sign-up as standard. It can ask for documents at any time and gives you 30 days to supply them. It says it will usually check them within 10 days of receiving everything. Clause 6.16 lets it delay a withdrawal while it checks your identity, balance and source of funds. In practice, expect the request at your first withdrawal, and send documents early if you want the first payout to be quick.

Other money rules

  • Minimum withdrawal: no fixed figure in the terms. Clause 6.14 leaves it to the company, and the payments page that should list per-method minimums returned an error for us.
  • Inactive accounts: €5 a month can be charged while an account is inactive (6.18).
  • Sports winnings: capped at €100,000, or the equivalent, per customer per day of betting, excluding stake (16.9.4).
  • No-deposit bonuses: the most you can withdraw from one is 3x the bonus (16.9.6).

The welcome bonus, read properly

Figures come from the bonus’s own numbered terms on Boomerang-Bet.com, which quote CAD directly, so no conversion is needed.

Term Casino welcome bonus
Headline 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins
Max bonus in CAD CAD 750 (term 2)
Minimum deposit CAD 30 (€20) (term 3)
Wagering 35x deposit + bonus; 40x on free-spin winnings (term 11)
Max released to real balance CAD 75 if you used up to 50 free spins, CAD 150 if more (term 17)
Max bet while wagering CAD 150 (€100) (term 10)
Time to wager 10 days (term 13)
Free spins 20 a day for 10 days, each batch claimable for 24 hours; the slot is not named (term 4)
Excluded deposit methods Skrill, Neteller (term 8)
Code None

Term 17 is the one that matters. Term 16 says up to 10x the bonus can be released. Term 17 then says the most that can be released into your real balance is CAD 75 for up to 50 free spins or CAD 150 for more, with anything above that voided. Read as written, the lower figure wins. Take the full CAD 750 bonus on a CAD 750 deposit and you must bet CAD 52,500 within 10 days, for a maximum of CAD 150 converted. If Boomerang means term 17 to cover only free-spin winnings, its terms do not say so. Treat this bonus as extra playing time, not value.

Game weighting is set in section 7 of the general terms. Most slots count 100%. Live games and video poker count 10%, table and card games 0%, and some crash and instant games 0% or 10%. Jackpot slots cannot be played with bonus money. You must claim the bonus before placing any bet with the qualifying deposit (term 6), and requesting a withdrawal while it is active voids it (term 7).

Other casino offers when we checked: a weekend reload of up to €700 plus 50 free spins, a weekly reload of 50 free spins, 25% live-casino cashback up to €200, 15% daily cashback up to €400, and slot tournaments. Promotions are not available to residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia or Malaysia (7.5).

Banking from Canada

  • CAD: yes. CAD has its own row in the withdrawal-limit table, and the bonus terms quote CAD figures. This was missing from our September 2026 payment checks and is now established from the terms.
  • Interac: not confirmed. The pages we could load showed Visa, Mastercard and bank-transfer logos, and those logos change with the visitor’s country, so the Canadian cashier may differ. The payments page returned an error. We record this as a gap rather than guess.
  • Crypto: the home page shows Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. The terms do not say whether crypto is held as crypto or converted into a fiat balance, and the limit table has no crypto rows.
  • Cards and bank transfer: available. Remember the 15% fee in clause 6.8 if you withdraw a card or bank deposit without wagering it.
  • Minimum deposit: CAD 30 to qualify for the bonus. Other minimums are set per method and were not visible to us.

For how Boomerang compares with other casinos on CAD and Interac, see our Canada page.

Games

Boomerang-Bet.com showed these studios on its home page when we checked: Evolution, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Amatic, Yggdrasil, Booongo, Quickspin, ELK, Wazdan, EGT, Playtech, Red Tiger, Swintt and Triple Edge Studios. The lobby has slots, Megaways, bonus buys, jackpots, a live casino with game shows, and a sportsbook with live betting and virtual sports. We could not verify a total game count or any provably fair originals. The list depends on where you view it from, so treat it as a snapshot.

What is hidden in Canada, and why it is not an account block

Section 15 of the terms lists games that some countries cannot play because of supplier licensing:

  • 15.2: NetEnt games, Canada included.
  • 15.3: Planet of the Apes, Canada and New Zealand included.
  • 15.4: Vikings, Canada included.
  • 15.6: Street Fighter, Canada included.
  • 15.7: Universal Monsters games (Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Invisible Man), playable only in listed countries, and Canada is not one of them.

Section 15 hides games. It does not restrict accounts. The countries that cannot hold an account are in clause 2.3, and Canada is not among them. So NetEnt is shown on the home page but its games will not load for a Canadian. We explain this in why some NetEnt games will not load in Canada.

Licence and ownership: what we can and cannot verify

This is the weakest part of Boomerang, and the part most review sites get wrong. Here is the evidence, sorted by how much weight it carries.

What Boomerang says about itself

Nothing. On 9 October 2026 we checked the home page footer, the About page, the help centre, the responsible gaming page and the full terms on Boomerang-Bet.com, and the footer and terms on BoomerangCasino.com. None names a company, a registration number, a regulator or a licence number. Clause 1.4 refers only to “the company operating the Website”. The footer gives an 18+ notice and a copyright line for the domain. There is no licence seal.

The terms are the same document, with the same version number and date, as six casinos we review separately: Spinanga, Casinia, Rabona, Librabet, Buran and Spinit. The withdrawal limits and processing time are set differently. That suggests a shared platform. It does not prove shared ownership, and those six do not name an operator either.

The Rabidi N.V. history

FinTelegram, a news site that covers online-gambling operators and their payment chains, listed Boomerang Casino among the brands of Rabidi N.V., a Curaçao company. It reported that Curaçao’s regulator revoked Rabidi’s licence on 7 June 2024, and in July 2024 that former Rabidi casinos, Boomerang included, were operating without valid licences. It also reported that Rabidi was declared insolvent on a petition by a player with a claim of about €245,000. On 16 September 2025 the Curaçao Chronicle reported that the Curaçao Gaming Authority had confirmed Rabidi N.V. remained on its enforcement register with its licences marked revoked. We could not open a searchable copy of that register ourselves, so these points rest on press reports.

What we cannot tell you is whether Rabidi has anything to do with Boomerang today. The current sites do not name Rabidi or anyone else.

The Anjouan number

casino.org lists Boomerang under an Anjouan licence, number ALSI-152406028-FI2. We checked the Anjouan regulator’s own public register on 9 October 2026. That number is not on the list of licences in force, nor on its revoked or suspended lists. Licences either side of it, ending 024 to 029, are listed and belong to other companies. No entry on the register includes a Boomerang domain. Either the number is wrong, or it was never issued, or it was removed without a record. We cannot say which.

What this means for you

If a dispute goes wrong, the terms offer an internal route only. Contact support, then the complaints address, and the “Complaints Resolution Committee” will answer within 10 days (13.7). After that they point you to AskGamblers (13.8), a private complaints website that cannot force a casino to pay. With no named licensee, there is no regulator you can show to be responsible. Even at their best, Curaçao and Anjouan licences are not comparable to a UK, Malta or Ontario licence in what they will do for you.

Before you deposit, we suggest you:

  • ask live chat, in writing, which company holds your account and under which licence number, and save the reply;
  • check that number on the regulator’s own register (Curaçao: cga.cw; Anjouan: anjouangaming.com);
  • screenshot the terms page on the day you sign up, since they are dated and versioned;
  • keep your balance low and withdraw as you go rather than letting a large balance build.

A correction. An earlier version of this page listed UK, Malta and Swedish licences for Boomerang. We found no evidence for any of them and removed them. Boomerang is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.

Playing from Canada

Canadians can register, deposit in CAD and withdraw under the limits above. Two provinces are different:

  • Ontario: Boomerang’s terms do not mention Ontario. We exclude it anyway. Ontario is a regulated market run through iGaming Ontario, and under AGCO Standard 5.69 licensed operators must hold player balances in CAD and cannot accept crypto. Boomerang is not on the Ontario register, and silence in its terms is not permission. Help in Ontario: ConnexOntario, 1-866-531-2600.
  • Alberta: Alberta opened its own regulated market on 13 July 2026 under the iGaming Alberta Act, with the AGLC as regulator and Play Alberta as the provincial site. Licensed sites settle in CAD and cannot take crypto. The outer limit for grey-market operators to leave is 13 October 2026. We exclude Alberta for the same reason as Ontario. Help: Alberta Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-866-332-2322.

In every other province, expect NetEnt and the branded slots above to be missing.

Other countries

Clause 2.3 bars residents of Afghanistan, Argentina, Armenia, Belarus, Belize, Bulgaria, Central African Republic, China, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Myanmar, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Panama, Romania, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sweden, Ukraine (including Crimea), the United Kingdom, the United States and Venezuela.

  • New Zealand: NZD is supported and New Zealand is not on the list. New Zealand prohibits unlicensed offshore operators from 1 December 2026, and Boomerang holds no New Zealand licence.
  • United Kingdom: excluded by clause 2.3. Boomerang is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and GAMSTOP does not cover it.

Questions people ask

Is Boomerang Casino licensed?

Not that we can verify. Neither Boomerang-Bet.com nor BoomerangCasino.com names a licence or operator. The brand’s former operator, Rabidi N.V., had its Curaçao licence revoked in 2024, and the Anjouan number some sites quote is not on Anjouan’s register.

Does Boomerang accept Canadian players?

Yes. Canada is not on the excluded list in clause 2.3, and CAD is a supported currency. Canada appears only in supplier clauses that hide NetEnt and some branded slots. We do not recommend it in Ontario or Alberta.

Does Boomerang accept Interac?

We could not confirm it. CAD is supported, but the payment logos we saw were for another region and the payments page returned an error. Check the cashier before depositing.

What is Boomerang’s withdrawal limit?

At the starting VIP level, CAD 750 a day and CAD 10,500 a month. The top level allows CAD 7,300 a day and CAD 110,000 a month. There is no weekly limit.

How long do Boomerang withdrawals take?

Up to 96 business hours, which the help centre calls four business days, processed 6am to 5pm GMT on weekdays. Bank transfers can take three to five business days more. We have not timed a payout ourselves.

Does Boomerang require KYC?

It can ask for documents at any time and usually does at the first withdrawal. You have 30 days to supply them, and checks typically take up to 10 days.

Is the Boomerang welcome bonus worth it?

Not for value. It needs 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus within 10 days, and term 17 caps what you can convert at CAD 150 however much you win.

Are Boomerang-Bet.com and BoomerangCasino.com the same casino?

They use the same terms, version and withdrawal limits, and advertise the same welcome offer. We treat them as one brand on two domains. Accounts may not carry across, so ask support before assuming they do.
