The short version
Cloudbet is one of the oldest crypto casinos and sportsbooks, running since 2013, and its terms are among the clearest we have read: dated, numbered, and specific about what you can withdraw. Once your account is fully verified there is no daily withdrawal limit, and crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
The catch is the unverified account. Cloudbet lets you sign up with little more than an email, which is why it gets marketed as “no KYC”. Until you complete its Level 2 verification, you can deposit no more than USD 2,200 in total, over the life of the account, and withdraw no more than USD 2,200 a day. That is where the much-quoted “$2,200 limit” comes from, and most sites describe it wrongly.
Cloudbet is crypto only. There is no Canadian dollar balance and no Interac deposit straight into the casino. If you want CAD in and out of your bank, it is the wrong casino. If you already hold crypto and will verify, it is one of the better ones. Checked 9 October 2026.

Getting your money out
The Cloudbet withdrawal limit, from Cloudbet’s own pages
Cloudbet’s terms say, in clause 7.5.3: “You may withdraw any amount up to your Account Balance.” The limits come from the verification rules, set out in the AML/KYC policy at clause 21 and in Cloudbet’s help centre.

CAD figures use the European Central Bank reference rates of 8 October 2026 (1 US dollar = 1.4262 Canadian dollars). Cloudbet quotes in US dollars.
Two points that are routinely muddled. First, there are two separate USD 2,200 numbers. The deposit cap is lifetime, not daily. The withdrawal cap is daily. Second, clause 21.1.5 of the terms states that “Identity verification will be required when cumulative deposits reach or exceed USD 2,200.” So the unverified route only works if you never deposit more than USD 2,200 in total. Once you go past that, you verify, or your deposits are held: Cloudbet’s help centre says anything deposited above the cap is held, not lost, and released once you complete Level 2.
If you win while unverified, you can withdraw up to USD 2,200 a day. A USD 20,000 win would take ten days to withdraw without verifying. Verifying is quicker.
How long it takes
Clause 7.5.11 says crypto withdrawals “are typically processed within 24-hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks”. The help centre says most are processed instantly. Some withdrawals trigger an automatic captcha, and you confirm each withdrawal by email.
Verification (KYC)
- At sign-up: email only. Before your first deposit Cloudbet asks for your name and address, which it says is an anti-money-laundering requirement and not verification.
- Level 2: handled by Sumsub, a third-party identity service (clause 21.1.3). Clause 7.5.7 lists photo ID, a recent utility bill, card details where relevant and a dated selfie with ID.
- When it becomes compulsory: at USD 2,200 of cumulative deposits, or at any time Cloudbet considers it necessary (clause 21.1.5).
Fees
Cloudbet charges no deposit fee. Each withdrawal pays a flat network fee that varies by coin and network, and some networks are much cheaper than others. On Cloudbet’s fee table when we checked, withdrawing USDT on the TRON network cost 4.18 USDT with a 5 USDT minimum, while USDT on BNB Smart Chain cost under 0.01 USDT with a 1 USDT minimum. The Bitcoin minimum was 0.00001 BTC.
There is a conflict to flag. Cloudbet’s help centre says it “doesn’t charge any additional withdrawal fees”. Its terms, at clause 7.1.10, say: “We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs.” The terms are the binding document, so the 5% right exists even if Cloudbet does not normally use it. Clause 7.3.8 also allows Cloudbet to deduct deposit costs from a withdrawal if those costs exceed the net revenue it has made from you.
The playthrough rule
Clause 8.8 requires you to wager at least 100% of your deposits before withdrawing. The help centre says Cloudbet reduces this to 25% for verified users. Only settled bets count.
Dormant accounts
After 12 months with no login, bet, deposit or withdrawal, Cloudbet may charge USD 5 a month (about CAD 7) until the account is reactivated or empty, after trying to contact you first (clause 7.1.11).

The welcome package, read properly
Cloudbet no longer runs a matched deposit bonus. Older reviews, including ours, describe a “100% up to 5 BTC” bonus released by loyalty points. That offer is gone. The current welcome package, for accounts opened from 2 January 2025, is a 30-day cash rewards programme (clause 8.4).

Rewards are calculated in USDT and paid in whatever currency you are playing in. Part of each reward is paid straight away and the rest goes into a “Rewards Calendar” or “Cash Vault” that unlocks later, with the vault balance paid at the end of the 30 days.
The fairness point cuts both ways. There is no wagering requirement, which is genuinely better than a 40x matched bonus. But you cannot calculate what you will get. Only the rakeback has a stated rate. The daily and weekly cash drops are, in the words of clauses 8.4.3.2 and 8.4.3.3, “determined at Cloudbet’s sole discretion based on your betting activity”. To put the rakeback in perspective: CAD 1,000 wagered on a slot with a 4% house edge returns CAD 4 of rakeback. The USD 2,500 figure is a ceiling, and most players will receive a small fraction of it.
Banking
Clause 7.3.1 lists the coins Cloudbet accepts: BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, USDC, USDP, PAXG, DAI, DOGE, LTC, DASH, LINK, DOT, ADA, SOL, ALGO, AVAX, POL, SHIB, BNB, XLM, XRP, stETH, TRON, ZEC, TON, USDe, sUSDe and HBAR. Many can be sent on more than one network, so check the network before you send. Cloudbet only supports the networks it lists, and bridged versions such as USDC.e are not supported.
- Minimum deposit: varies by coin. Cloudbet says most are under USD 1.
- Maximum deposit: none once Level 2 verified. USD 2,200 lifetime before then.
- Conversion: none. Cloudbet does not convert between currencies, so your balance stays in the coin you deposited and you carry its price risk. To switch coins you withdraw and use an exchange.
CAD and Interac
Cloudbet holds no Canadian dollar balance. Its terms mention fiat “depending on your jurisdiction and the payment methods available to you”, but the deposit methods listed for players are crypto. If you have no crypto, Cloudbet links to Swapped, a third-party service that sells crypto by card and, for Canada, by Interac e-Transfer. That is a purchase from Swapped at Swapped’s price and fees, after which the coins are sent to Cloudbet. When you cash out, you receive crypto and have to sell it yourself to get dollars back.
Games
Cloudbet’s casino lobby carries studios including Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Playtech, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, BGaming, Spribe, Ezugi and Quickspin. Live dealer tables come mainly from Evolution, and Cloudbet’s Casino Free Bets are delivered through the Evolution lobby (clause 8.11).
Cloudbet Originals are provably fair, and Cloudbet publishes a fairness calculator so you can check results yourself. Cloudbet also runs a large sportsbook, which is where it started.
Some games may be unavailable where you are. Cloudbet’s help centre has a specific error message for games blocked in your location. We have not found a Canada-specific supplier clause in Cloudbet’s terms of the kind several other casinos carry for NetEnt. Our Canada page explains that issue.
Licence and ownership
The terms name the operator as Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., company number 148526, Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/328/0599. Some payments are handled by a Cyprus subsidiary, Solas Technologies Limited, which the terms say is a payment processor only. You may see the Halcyon name on crypto withdrawals.
We checked the licence on the regulator’s certificate page, linked from Cloudbet’s footer. It confirms the operator, the company number and licence OGL/2024/328/0599, with status “Active” and a grant date of 23 May 2025. Cloudbet’s own terms give the issue date as 27 May 2025. The four-day difference does not affect the licence’s validity, but it is a discrepancy.
What the licence is worth: Curaçao’s 2024 system is better than the old sub-licence model, and an active, checkable certificate counts in Cloudbet’s favour. But it is not the UK, Malta or Ontario. Disputes go to the courts of Curaçao (clause 22.4), and there is no independent adjudicator Cloudbet must accept. Cloudbet’s footer says it was founded in 2013, which makes it one of the longest-running crypto casinos. Its terms were last updated on 30 September 2026.
Playing from Canada
Canada is not on Cloudbet’s list of prohibited countries in clause 7.1.3, and nor is any province. Clause 5.4 puts the responsibility on you not to use Cloudbet anywhere gambling is prohibited. If Cloudbet decides an account is linked to a prohibited jurisdiction, its help centre says you will be asked to withdraw your balance and the account will be closed.
Ontario
Cloudbet’s terms do not mention Ontario. That is not permission. Ontario runs a regulated market through iGaming Ontario, AGCO Standard 5.69 requires licensed operators to hold balances in Canadian dollars and bans crypto, so a crypto-only casino such as Cloudbet can never be registered there. Alberta
Alberta’s regulated market opened on 13 July 2026 under the AGLC, with Play Alberta as the province’s own site. Licensed sites settle in CAD and cannot take crypto, and offshore operators had until 13 October 2026 at the latest to leave the market.
