Buran is the casino-only member of the group. It has a space theme, no sportsbook, and VIP ranks that run from Cadet to Marshal. It takes Canadian dollars and shows Interac. Two of its own claims do not survive a reading of its terms: the home page calls it “fully licensed” without naming any licence, and it advertises “No Limits” as a VIP perk while the terms cap even top-level players at CAD 30,000 a month.
Our verdict
Buran suits a Canadian outside Ontario and Alberta who wants slots and live casino without a sportsbook, pays by Interac, card or crypto, and plays modest stakes. It is not for high rollers, for anyone who wants a crypto welcome bonus (there is none), or for anyone who needs a named, checkable licence.
The biggest catch is the gap between Buran’s marketing and its terms. The welcome bonus says up to €500 (CAD 750) but releases at most CAD 150. The VIP page says “No Limits”, but the withdrawal table has limits at every level. The site says “fully licensed” but names no licence at all.
Buran runs the same general terms (v1.12, 19 August 2026) as Spinanga, Casinia, Rabona, Librabet and Spinit, and the same withdrawal caps apply.

The “No Limits” promise. Buran’s home page lists “No Limits” among its VIP perks, next to a personal manager. Clause 6.11 sets a limit for every rank, and says all withdrawals are processed according to the monthly limits. If a VIP manager offers you higher limits, get it in writing. As published, Marshal is capped at CAD 30,000 a month.
- Processing (6.15): within three business days of the request, or of the last paid withdrawal, on weekdays between 6am and 5pm GMT. At most three can be pending, and you can cancel while one is pending.
- Un-wagered deposits (6.8): bet each deposit at least once. If you do not, winnings can be cancelled and 10% kept (15% for card or bank transfer). Buran’s version also sets a 5x live casino rollover for players in Japan.
- Monthly floor (6.7): a withdrawal can be refused if you wagered under €20 in the month.
- Verification (section 5): documents can be requested at any time. You have 30 days to supply them, and review usually takes up to 10 days.
- Minimum withdrawal: not fixed in the terms, and not visible to us.
- Jackpots: no instalment clause, but jackpot wins still leave at the monthly cap rate.
- Inactivity: €5 a month after 180 days without login.

The welcome bonus, read properly
Buran has one welcome offer and no crypto or sport equivalent. CAD figures are Buran’s own.

Term 16 allows up to 10x the bonus. Term 17 imposes a fixed €100 (CAD 150) and voids the rest, so CAD 150 is the binding figure. Take the bonus only if you would happily play through CAD 52,500 in 10 days for a chance at CAD 150.
Buran’s other promotions are casino-only: a weekly reload of 50 free spins, a weekend reload of €700 plus 50 spins, a 15% weekly cashback up to €3,000, Sunday Spins, a 25% live cashback up to €200, and Spinoleague. The promotions page lists no sport offers, because there is no sportsbook. The general terms still contain the group’s full sports rulebook.

Many of these serve other countries only.
- CAD: yes. It is in the withdrawal table (14 currencies) and named on the home page alongside EUR, PLN, NOK, HUF, INR and NZD.
- Interac: logo shown. Limits and timings are unverified.
- Crypto: BTC, ETH, LTC and XRP logos and a “cryptofriendly” badge. There is no crypto bonus, and the terms do not say whether coins are held or converted.
Games
Buran’s game filter lists well over 100 providers. Unlike the provider pages we checked on its sister sites, the version we saw included Evolution and NetEnt, alongside Pragmatic, Playson, Hacksaw Gaming and Yggdrasil. The site shows no overall game count. Its home page copy cites about 1,900 slots and 15 live games, which looks out of date next to the provider list. We found no provably fair originals.
In Canada, the NetEnt titles in that list will not load (15.2), and nor will Planet of the Apes (15.3), Vikings (15.4) or Street Fighter (15.6). Licence and ownership
Buran’s home page says “fully licensed gambling” and mentions game testing by “Technical System Testing”. It never says who licenses it. No company, licence number or regulator appears in the footer, the terms or the privacy notice. A licence claim without a named regulator cannot be checked, and our methodology treats it as no licence.
One more oddity. The terms give Buran’s support and complaints addresses on a domain called burancasino782061.com, not burancasino.com. Before you send documents to an address, check that it matches what the site’s live chat gives you.
Third parties link the group to Stellar Ltd’s Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, which is valid to 21 November 2026 on the Anjouan register. burancasino.com is not one of the 18 domains listed against it. The complaints path in section 13 goes support, then the complaints email, then an outcome within 10 days, then AskGamblers, a private website that cannot enforce anything.
Playing from Canada
Canada is not on Buran’s excluded list. You can play and withdraw in CAD.
- Ontario: excluded by us. It is a regulated iGaming Ontario market, and AGCO Standard 5.69 bars crypto balances. Buran’s terms are silent on Ontario, and silence is not permission. ConnexOntario: 1-866-531-2600.
- Alberta: excluded by us. It has been regulated since 13 July 2026 (AGLC, Play Alberta), with no crypto, and the grey-market outer limit is 13 October 2026. Alberta Problem Gambling Helpline: 1-866-332-2322.
Other countries
Buran’s excluded list (2.3) adds China to the group’s common list: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Curaçao, Côte d’Ivoire, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, the UK and the US. Promotions are also barred in Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Tunisia (7.5). New Zealand is accepted, but it prohibits unlicensed offshore operators from 1 December 2026. Buran is not UK-licensed and not covered by GAMSTOP.

Does Buran Casino accept Canadians?
Yes. Canada is not excluded and CAD is supported. We do not recommend it in Ontario or Alberta, which run their own regulated markets.
Does Buran Casino take Interac?
The Interac logo is in the footer. We could not verify Interac limits or times, because the payments page loaded no methods for us.
Does Buran have a sportsbook?

Is Buran Casino licensed?
