Last checked against the operator’s own terms: 9 October 2026. Casinos change withdrawal limits and bonus terms without notice — always check before you deposit.

Spinanga accepts Canadian players, pays in Canadian dollars and shows Interac at the cashier. If you have read that it blocks Canada, that comes from misreading a game-supplier clause. What actually holds Spinanga back is two other things. It caps how much you can withdraw each month, and it does not name a licence or an operating company anywhere on its own site.

Our verdict

Spinanga is a large casino and sportsbook with around 13,750 games from about 129 studios. Of the sister sites it shares terms with, it has the fullest set of crypto promotions. It suits a Canadian outside Ontario and Alberta who wants CAD, Interac or crypto deposits, plays at modest stakes and does not expect a fast route to a five-figure win. It is a poor fit for high rollers. At the starting VIP level the terms cap withdrawals at CAD 750 a day and CAD 10,500 a month, so paying out a CAD 50,000 win would take around five months.

The single biggest catch is the welcome bonus. It is advertised as 100% up to €500 (CAD 750) plus 200 free spins, but its own term 17 caps what can be released into your real balance at CAD 150. The second catch is trust. We could not tie spinanga.com to any licence on a regulator’s register.

Spinanga runs on the same terms (version 1.12, dated 19 August 2026) as five sister sites: Casinia, Rabona, Librabet, Buran and Spinit. The payout rules below apply to all of them. This page explains them in the most detail.

Scores

We publish five separate scores rather than one average. The thresholds behind them are on our how we rate page.

Area Score Why
Paying out 4/10 The monthly cap of €7,000 (CAD 10,500) at entry level would place it in our 5–6 band. Pending withdrawals can sit for up to three business days and you can cancel them in that time, which is a reversal window of over 24 hours. Un-wagered deposits can also cost you a 10–15% fee.
Bonus fairness 3/10 The casino welcome bonus requires 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus and caps the amount released at CAD 150, which puts it in our 1–2 band. The crypto welcome offer is fairer, at 40x with a 10x cap, so the overall score rises slightly.
Games 7/10 The library is large, at about 13,750 titles from 129 studios including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Hacksaw and Yggdrasil. NetEnt and four branded slot series are hidden in Canada, and we could not verify any provably fair originals.
Banking 6/10 CAD is a listed currency, the Interac logo is shown and seven cryptocurrencies are accepted. The payment-method table would not load for us, so per-method limits and fees are unverified.
Trust and licence 2/10 No licence or operating company is named on the site. The licence third parties attribute to the group is on the Anjouan register, but spinanga.com is not among the domains listed under it.

Getting your money out

All figures below come from Spinanga’s general terms at /en/rules (version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026), read on 9 October 2026.

Withdrawal limits (clause 6.11)

Limits depend on your VIP level. Clause 6.11 states that all withdrawals are processed according to the monthly limits. No weekly limit is stated.

VIP level CAD per day CAD per month EUR per day EUR per month
1 750 10,500 500 7,000
2 750 15,000 500 10,000
3 1,200 18,000 800 12,000
4 1,500 23,000 1,000 15,000
5 2,300 30,000 1,500 20,000

In practice, a CAD 50,000 win reaches you in about five monthly instalments at level 1, or two at level 5. The terms contain no separate jackpot clause, so as written, a large jackpot win is paid at the same monthly rate as any other balance.

VIP level is set by your activity over the previous 90 days, including the ratio of deposits to withdrawals. In the shared terms (clause 6.12, which we read on sister site Casinia), a customer who has not bet actively for a month drops automatically to the lowest level. Someone who stops playing while waiting for a large withdrawal could therefore see their limit fall.

Processing time (clause 6.15)

Spinanga works through requests within three business days of the request, or three business days after your last withdrawal was paid. The finance team works 6am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday, so a request made on Friday evening is not looked at until Monday. You can have no more than three pending withdrawals at once (6.13). The help centre says you can cancel a withdrawal while it is waiting. That gives you a window of up to three business days in which to put the money back into play, which is the reversal period our methodology marks down.

We have not yet measured a real payout time ourselves. The three business days above are what the terms allow, not a speed we have tested.

The fee on un-wagered deposits (clauses 6.7 and 6.8)

You must wager a deposit at least once (x1) before you withdraw it. If you bet less than you deposited, Spinanga can cancel any winnings and keep 10% of your last deposit, with a minimum of €0.50. That rises to 15% if you paid by card or bank transfer. Separately, a withdrawal can be refused if you have wagered less than €20 in that calendar month. Neither rule matters much if you play through your deposit. They exist to stop people using the casino as a payment channel, and they will catch anyone who deposits and then changes their mind.

Verification (section 5)

Spinanga does not verify you at sign-up as standard. It can ask for ID, proof of address, proof that you own the payment method, bank statements and source-of-funds information at any time, before or after a deposit or withdrawal. It may also ask for a video or phone check. You have 30 days to supply the documents, and it usually takes up to 10 days to review them once they are complete. Clause 6.16 lets it delay a withdrawal while these checks run. In practice, expect the request when you first withdraw. If you want a quick first payout, send your documents before you need them.

Minimum withdrawal and fees

The terms set no fixed minimum withdrawal. Clause 6.14 lets the company set per-transaction minimums and maximums. The payments page that should list them by method did not load any methods for us, so we could not verify a minimum or any per-method fees. An inactive account (no login for 180 days) can be charged €5 a month until the balance reaches zero (6.18).

Sports winnings cap

The sportsbook rules (16.9.4) cap winnings at €100,000, or the equivalent in your account currency, per day of betting, excluding your stake.

The welcome bonus, read properly

Spinanga runs two casino welcome offers. Canadians can claim either, but not both. Figures are taken from the operator’s own promotion terms, which quote CAD directly, so no conversion by us is needed. The crypto offer is priced in USDT, a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar.

Casino welcome bonus Crypto welcome bonus
Headline 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins 200% up to 3,000 USDT
Max bonus in CAD CAD 750 No CAD figure given (operator quotes €2,640)
Minimum deposit CAD 30 (€20) 100 USDT
Wagering 35x deposit + bonus; 40x on free-spin winnings 40x deposit + bonus
Max amount released to real balance CAD 75 if you used up to 50 free spins, CAD 150 if more (term 17) 10x the bonus
Max bet while wagering CAD 150 114 USDT (€100)
Time to wager 10 days; each daily batch of 20 spins must be claimed within 24 hours 10 days
Free spins 20 a day for 10 days; slot not named on the page None
Excluded deposit methods Skrill, Neteller Skrill, Neteller
Qualifying coins n/a USDT, BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XRP, USDC
Code None None

Term 17 is the line that matters. Term 16 says up to 10x the bonus can be released. Term 17 then says the most that can be released from the bonus into your real balance is €50 (CAD 75) for up to 50 free spins, or €100 (CAD 150) for more, with anything above that voided. Read as written, the lower figure applies. On a CAD 750 bonus with CAD 1,500 of combined balance to wager 35 times (CAD 52,500 of bets in 10 days), you can convert at most CAD 150. If Spinanga intends term 17 to cover only free-spin winnings, its terms do not say so. We would treat the casino offer as entertainment money, not value.

The crypto offer has no fixed cap, so on paper it is the fairer of the two. The cost is 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus. A 100 USDT deposit with a 200 USDT bonus means 12,000 USDT of bets in 10 days.

Spinanga also runs a sportsbook first-deposit bonus (100% up to €100), a crypto sports offer, weekly and weekend reloads in both fiat and USDT, a 15% daily casino cashback up to €400, and its Spinoleague tournament.

Banking from Canada

  • CAD: yes. CAD appears in the withdrawal-limit table and in the bonus terms. Spinanga’s table lists 13 currencies, including CAD, NZD, EUR and USD.
  • Interac: the Interac e-Transfer logo appears in the site footer (the site spells it “Inerac”). We could not load the payment table, so Interac limits and timings are unverified.
  • Crypto: the crypto bonus accepts USDT, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, XRP and USD Coin. The terms do not say whether crypto is held as crypto or converted into a fiat balance. The withdrawal-limit table has no crypto rows, so how the caps apply to crypto withdrawals is not stated.
  • Cards: Visa and Mastercard logos are shown. Remember the 15% fee in clause 6.8 if you withdraw an un-wagered card deposit.
  • Minimum deposit: CAD 30 to qualify for the casino bonus. Other minimums are set per method and were not visible to us.

For how Spinanga compares with crypto-only casinos that take no CAD at all, see our Canada page.

Games

Spinanga’s provider page listed 129 studios and about 13,750 games when we checked. The largest are Spinomenal (814), Playtech (686), Pragmatic Play (676), Foxi (539), Yggdrasil (514), VoltEnt (438), Amusnet (384) and Hacksaw Gaming (349). Live tables come from Pragmatic Live (249) and Ezugi (81), among others. We could not verify any in-house or provably fair originals.

The provider list depends on where you view it from. The version we saw did not include NetEnt, Evolution, Red Tiger, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming or Play’n GO. Yet the sister site Rabona names Evolution live tables in its own bonus terms. Treat the list as a snapshot, not a promise.

What is hidden in Canada, and why it is not an account block

Section 15 of the terms lists games that some countries cannot play because of supplier licensing:

  • 15.2: NetEnt games, Canada included.
  • 15.3: Planet of the Apes, Canada and New Zealand included.
  • 15.4: Vikings, Canada included.
  • 15.6: Street Fighter, Canada included.
  • 15.7: Universal Monsters games (Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Invisible Man). These can be played only in the countries listed, and Canada is not one of them.

Section 15 hides games. It does not restrict accounts. The countries that cannot hold an account are in clause 2.3, and Canada is not among them. This is where at least one well-known review site, wizardofodds, goes wrong: it lists Spinanga as blocking Canada. Search the terms for “Canada”, find the NetEnt clause and you reach the wrong verdict. We explain it in full in why some NetEnt games will not load in Canada.

Licence and ownership

Spinanga does not say who runs it. On 9 October 2026 we checked the home page footer, the About page, the help centre, the privacy notice (which refers only to “our license”) and the full terms. None names a company, a registration number, a regulator or a licence number. The footer carries an 18+ notice, a copyright line for “Spinanga.com” and a link to 7StarPartners, the affiliate programme shared by all six sister brands.

Third-party reviews attribute the group to Stellar Ltd, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2. We checked the Anjouan regulator’s own public register. Stellar Ltd is listed there with a valid B2C licence, issued 22 November 2024 and expiring 21 November 2026. The 18 domains registered under it do not include spinanga.com or any of its sister domains. On primary evidence, we cannot connect this casino to that licence or to any other.

That matters because of what a licence would give you. Anjouan’s complaints policy sends disputes through the operator’s site-seal complaint function and then to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service at the operator’s cost. With no seal on the site, that route does not obviously exist. What Spinanga’s own terms offer (section 13) is this: contact support, then email complaints@spinanga.com with “COMPLAINT” in the subject, and expect an answer within 10 days. After that they point you to AskGamblers, a private complaints website that cannot force a casino to pay. Even in the best case, an Anjouan licence is not comparable to a UK, Malta or Ontario licence, and here we cannot show one applies.

Playing from Canada

Canadians can register, deposit in CAD and withdraw. The CAD limits above apply. Two provinces are different:

  • Ontario: Spinanga’s terms do not mention Ontario. We exclude it anyway. Ontario is a regulated market run through iGaming Ontario, and under AGCO Standard 5.69 licensed operators must hold player balances in CAD. No crypto casino can be registered there, Spinanga is not on the Ontario register, and silence in its terms is not permission. Help in Ontario: ConnexOntario, 1-866-531-2600.
  • Alberta: Alberta opened its own regulated market on 13 July 2026 under the iGaming Alberta Act, with the AGLC as regulator and Play Alberta as the provincial site. Licensed sites settle in CAD and cannot take crypto. The outer limit for grey-market operators to leave is 13 October 2026. We exclude Alberta for the same reason as Ontario. Help: Alberta Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-866-332-2322.

In every other province, expect the NetEnt and branded titles listed above to be missing.

Other countries

Clause 2.3 bars residents of Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Curaçao, Côte d’Ivoire, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine (including Crimea), the United Kingdom and the United States.

  • New Zealand: NZD is supported and New Zealand is not on the excluded list. However, New Zealand prohibits unlicensed offshore operators from 1 December 2026, and Spinanga holds no New Zealand licence.
  • United Kingdom: UK residents are excluded by the terms. Spinanga is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and GAMSTOP does not cover it.

Questions people ask

Does Spinanga accept Canadian players?

Yes. Canada is not on Spinanga’s excluded-country list (clause 2.3). It appears only in game-supplier clauses that hide NetEnt and some branded slots. We do not recommend it in Ontario or Alberta, which run their own regulated markets.

Does Spinanga accept Interac?

The Interac e-Transfer logo is displayed on the site, and CAD is a supported currency. We could not load the payment table, so we cannot confirm Interac’s minimums, maximums or processing times.

What is Spinanga’s withdrawal limit?

At the starting VIP level, CAD 750 a day and CAD 10,500 a month (€500 and €7,000). The top level allows CAD 2,300 a day and CAD 30,000 a month. There is no stated weekly limit.

How long do Spinanga withdrawals take?

The terms allow up to three business days, counted from your request or from your last paid withdrawal. Processing happens 6am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. We have not yet timed a payout ourselves.

Does Spinanga require KYC?

It can ask at any point, before or after a deposit or withdrawal. Expect it at your first withdrawal. You have 30 days to send documents, and the review usually takes up to 10 days.

Is the Spinanga welcome bonus worth it?

Not for value. It requires 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus within 10 days, and term 17 limits what you can convert to CAD 150 however much you win. The crypto offer is fairer on paper, with no fixed cap, but carries 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus.

Is Spinanga licensed?

Not that we can verify. The site names no licence or operator. The group is linked by third parties to Stellar Ltd’s Anjouan licence, but spinanga.com is not among the domains on that licence’s register entry.

Why can’t I find Gonzo’s Quest at Spinanga in Canada?

Clause 15.2 makes NetEnt games unavailable in Canada because of NetEnt’s own licensing. Your account is fine. The games are simply not offered to Canadian players.
